Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I want to connect you with Kristen Blais with Reframe Consulting Group. For over two decades, they have helped organizations meet financial goals during cultural upheaval, such as mergers and acquisitions, digital transformations, and the restructuring of business operations and leadership. Reframe Consulting Group has a strong track record across private equity, retail, manufacturing, and IT sectors - which made me think of (your company). I think they would be a good fit for your company, and you would benefit from an introduction.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I believe in creating impactful change amongst companies and their people to help leaders achieve their goals. I am most fulfilled when I am helping others succeed in achieving their vision - showing the value in working dynamically with purpose. It is remarkable to be on a team that not only teaches leaders a simple change management process, but also lives it in their day-to-day operations.

About me
Hello NIA! I am a young professional who believes in the power of building meaningful relationships. About 2 years ago now, I moved from Maryland to Minnesota, leaving behind my family and overall support system – looking back, it was quite a leap.
One of the first questions I get asked when I share this is – ‘Why Minnesota, of all places?’
The truth is, it was the relationships I had established that guided that decision. To give some background, my friends and I all went our separate ways for college, leaving our group split into different states, time zones, and overall lives. We planned to end this division and move to a central location – Minnesota being the hub. I was the first to take the plunge, which proved to be one of the hardest years of my life. This journey has taught me the value in persevering through challenges, navigating independence, and learning to adapt to change. While I am grateful for those relationships that have led me to this point, I am excited to foster new connections here at NIA.
Exploring new places – preferably outdoors, where I can enjoy nature in its fullest capacity, camping and hiking. If I am not outdoors, you will find me playing a strategic board game with friends!
