What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I am passionate about helping others achieve a successful retirement - and potentially even making it tax free!
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
Are you prepared for your retirement years when there will be no paycheck automatically deposited into your account?
Have you considered the effect that future tax rates could have on your nest egg (especially your 401K)?
Do you know with complete certainty that you will not outlive your money, and your family will be taken care of?
Do you have a plan to transfer wealth to your spouse/children/other upon death, so it is done in the easiest way possible?
Has your current advisor told you that you will have enough money until age 95 or beyond, but hasn't proven up exactly how much you can spend each year for that to happen?
Unique Selling Proposition
Too many people think they are prepared for retirement, but they don't yet have an actual plan. We help families plan out their retirement spending, reduce or eliminate taxes paid during those years, and help mitigate losses with tactically managed preferred stock investments.
About me
Although I grew up in the States, I spent half of my adult life in South America where I met my husband, and our 2 children were born. Our family focuses on maintaining those Colombian roots through travel, food, and using the Spanish language. I worked in education before transitioning over to personal finance and find the combination of both careers very effective. I am also involved in our local community through the schools and on the board of trustees for Fort Bend Family Promise.
