What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I was in a job that was draining the life out of me—slowly, steadily, and without a second thought. I watched good people die doing that work, and the company barely blinked. Just backfilled the role and kept the machine running. The paycheck was great, but the cost? Way too high, and painfully obvious. Eventually, I realized no amount of money was worth selling off my well-being piece by piece. So I walked. I took everything I’d learned—my experience, my engineering mindset—and poured it into something I could actually stand behind. Something that’s mine. In a lot of ways, this work didn’t just give me a new direction—it pulled me back from the edge. -

Unique Selling Proposition
Printing can be a boring, generic world. High volume print houses produce the same, rehashed product set and race to the bottom while sacrificing quality and moreover creativity. What makes Wood & Slate unique are our print products. We sell a total of 6 print products and with one exception, you will not find any of them anywhere else. Memories are special and unique-- I believe that they should be represented in the same regard. -
