What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
In 2010, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and her greatest wish was to remain in the comfort of her home. With the right caregivers, she was able to stay independent, bringing her peace of mind. This experience showed me the profound impact of compassionate care.
After her passing in 2012, I found my calling—to help others maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life at home. In 2014, I opened Assisting Hands Home Care of West Houston to provide families with the same comfort and support my mother received.

Inspired by my personal experience when managing my mother's care, I understand firsthand the importance of compassionate and reliable care for seniors. As the wife of a veteran, I am committed to ensuring those who served receive the dignity and support they deserve. As the owner of Assisting Hands Home Care of West Houston, I provide families with trusted in-home care while also serving as a community resource, educator, and advocate. With a heart for service and a mission to make a difference, I ensure that every client receives the dignity, independence, and quality care they deserve. -
