This is Daava with Float HR. She's helps companies attract and retain employees. Her business has two modalities. The first one supports small business with big business results, the second part brings a boutique attitude to big business. She's a firm believer that best practices are just common practices, and we need to find the practice that works for our companies. Even if that means defying best practices.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I'm that person that helping companies do this is the top of my personal Maslow pyramid. I geek out on helping companies have solutions and being able to hire the best person for their business.

Unique Selling Proposition
I've been recruiting since before the dawn of online recruiting, back when faxes were a dollar a page. I bring context to the world of recruiting, once you understand the context, it will help you unravel the messiness and create a process that works.
My business has two parts. For the little guy (think 10 employees or less) I bill a slightly reduced rate, in half-hour increments. I've found that this helps them know that I value their time, as well as their budget. So far, it's been enthusiastically received.
Larger companies I bill on a project basis. I can help them figure out the marketing aspect of employment attraction which is sorely overlooked and not-understood. I also do a lot with clients around brain science, to many do's and don't's only leads to confusion and loop holes. When I teach you how to approach a situation using brain science, it helps to eliminate those loop holes.
I always say there are 20 lanes in HR, I'm 6 of those lanes. If it's outside my expertise, you better believe I have colleagues on speed dial to refer you to. My first and foremost goal is to make sure you get the expertise you deserve.
