I’m pleased to introduce you to Hillary Bailey, who is the owner at Freedom Caregivers and Companions. Hillary has a lot of knowledge in the in-home care arena and I thought you two might benefit from connecting. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My why is that helping people fills my spirit up. While performing physical therapy in the home setting, I saw so many of my patients going without their basic needs met because they didn't want to "burden their children or loved ones". I also came across adult children who were suffering from caregiver burnout by trying to be everything for their families at home and help their aging parents. My mission is to allow clients to age in their homes, wherever that may be, with has much independence as possible and allow adult children to take their rightful places in the family. -

Unique Selling Proposition
At Freedom Caregivers and Companions, we hire caregivers that are either certified nursing assistants or have 4 or more years of experience in the caregiving space. Each client is assessed in the home and matched with a caregiver that we feel they can cultivate a trusting relationship with. We also have an RN on our staff that allows us to have an "RN delegation program." This program allows us to complete tasks that other caregiving agencies cannot such as administering pre-dosed medications, assisting with glucose testing, foley catheters, oxygen, PEG tubes, etc.
During the in home assessment, we look at all aspects of safety in the home and recommend what we feel the client may need to decrease their fall and injury risk. Clients are placed with a caregiver we feel will be a good fit for them all around with the specific schedule they request. Client satisfaction is monitored routinely to ensure client is 100% happy with all services provided. -
About me
I am married to the most wonderful man and we have been together for 12 years. We have 4 daughters that are 26,24, 21 and 15 and two dogs named Ally and Millie. My soul is fulfilled by helping people however I can to live their best life until the end of their life. -
