What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I believe in the adage that small businesses make the economy run. There are THOUSANDS of businesses under $50M in Minnesota. You drive by them everyday not knowing what they do or the people they employ. Many of those small businesses were started by an entrepreneur with a product or service that solved a customer problem. After some years of managing and growing their business, things just aren’t as fun as they used to be. I’ve been coaching and mentoring employees and business leaders for over 20 years. I love sharing my knowledge and helping others grow in their professional lives. So, becoming a Focal Point business coach was a natural progression for me. Now, I can work with several clients at once to improve their businesses and help them get what they want from their business. -
