1. "How's our work working out for you?" This opens up a conversation about my client's experience and satisfaction, allowing me to ask for a referral if they're happy.
2. "Do you know anyone else who is either investing in real estate or a realtor who could benefit from what we do?" I feel like the direct question helps clients consider potential referrals in their network.
3. "Would you be comfortable recommending me to your friends or family if they need real estate assistance?" This question gauges their willingness to refer you while giving them an easy out if they're not comfortable.
I honestly think that these questions allow you to naturally bring up the topic of referrals while showing genuine interest in your clients' experiences and needs.
