Before we started the business, we saw a lack of what we do in the residential side of things. And the couple of businesses that did exist would charge insane prices to install equipment that didn't even resolve any issues that the customers had.
We wanted to be able to have an honest company that helps customers get the professional tech help needed for a reasonable rate. And to make sure that the customer service was beyond what they paid for.
