About me
Hello! I am Chef Josh Carrillo, owner of Cater King, I started cooking at 5 years old in my grandparents' kitchen. Growing up, I would cook dinners for my family, and my passion continued to grow. When I was old enough, I started working as a dishwasher at a friend's Greek restaurant, but quickly worked my way up to a cook. After trying other industries as a career, I continued to come back to my calling, food. I have cooked for Good Co. Seafood, Agave Rio, & was the executive Sous Chef at Hotel Granduca, along with working alongside catering businesses. My dream to have my own space in the food industry became a reality when I launched Cater King. I love serving the community through my private chef offerings, his first-class catering services, along with the preparation and delivery of ready-to-eat family meals. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, networking and spending time with my family and close friends. I enjoy teaching kids about food/cooking, visiting spice/farmers markets for creative brainstorming and learning/evolving new recipes.
