My role as Founder and CEO at Capstone Performance Group embodies my commitment to transforming sales organizations under $50 million into powerhouses of profit.

    The competencies gained from nurturing customer relationships and pioneering new business development have been the cornerstone of my approach.     On a personal level, I have been happily married for 35 years. My wife and I have 7 children from ages 31 to 17 and 8 grandchildren from 9 years to 3 months.
