About me
Friends, Clients, and Associates refer to me as "Transaction Todd" being able to handle challenging payment acceptance situations. With over 20 years of payment consulting experience for businesses and nonprofits, I have seen the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly side of the merchant services industry. My personal mission each day is to help referrals and business owners either AVOID ineffective transaction companies or EXIT "Bad" and "Ugly" credit card processing problems.
In the same way you would trust your money with a Certified Financial Planner, you should look to a Certified Payments Professional™ (CPP) for your electronic cash flow guidance. The CPP designation is evidence that an individual is certified in the electronic transactions industry and demonstrates competency with integrity to maintain the credential. The CPP is administered by the Electronic Transactions Association, the leading trade association for companies in the electronic transactions and payments space.
I provide "third-party" consulting for both start-up and established organizations that need payment processing services. In-depth evaluations can include comparing your choices of merchant accounts (also known as credit/debit card acceptance), gift & loyalty card programs, electronic check systems, payment gateways, internet shopping carts/storefronts, e-commerce processing, PCI data security solutions, and Point-Of-Sale equipment/software.
