I have been working as a lawyer for more than 12 years. I have a master's degree in private law.

• Legal support of business: commercial transactions structuring and preparation of transaction documentation, representation of interests in state and municipal authorities and in relations with third parties;
• Consulting in the area of logistics: legal support in the field of international road transportation, settlement of disputes in the field of road transportation, assessment of situations of delayed delivery, damage, loss of cargo, preparation of claims on delivery delay, damage or loss of cargo;
• Consulting in the area of real estate: legal support of purchase transactions, contract drafting of purchase, lease, rent, and gift transactions. -
