Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Matt helps business owners and leaders get what they want from their businesses. He does this by providing a complete set of simple, proven tool that give leaders 3 things, which he calls Vision, Traction, and Healthy.
Vision is about getting the leadership team 100% aligned around where the business is going and how to get there.
Traction is about getting the team more disciplined and accountable as they execute on that vision, and
Healthy is about getting the team to behave in a cohesive, functional team because that's hard to be when it's stressful.
From there, as goes the leadership team, so goes the rest of the organization. He'll help you get everyone the business crystal clear on the vision. Gaining traction along the way executing with more accountability and becoming a more healthy, fun-loving team.
He'd love to learn more about your business and help you get whatever you want from it.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Entrepreneurism is the backbone of our economy. Many entrepreneurs start with amazing ideas. As the business grows, they start to struggle because various weaknesses in the business. People are frustrated because no matter how many hours they put into the business nothing seems to make it better. They start to feel stuck and burned out.
No one should feel like their business is controlling them as opposed to them controlling their business. My passion is helping those leaders get control of their businesses, so they can lead more fulfilling and balanced lives.

About me
As a newly minted engineer, my first patent launched a new business unit at my company. Two other founders and I grew the business to $10M in a couple of years. I continued to climb the corporate ladder becoming responsible for $200M a year in sales. However, I missed the entrepreneurial spirit I felt when I was younger.
I then went to run a small, 55-person company. I worked hard to realize the owner's vision. However, the tools I learned in large companies didn't translate well to small businesses. That's when I learned about EOS.
At the same time, I realized that I’ve always longed to live a life of significance and not one of accomplishment. Whether in my business life or my personal life, I’ve always been drawn to helping others. For example, 20 years ago I founded the Minnesota professional chapter of Engineers Without Borders. The group is still thriving today. As a result, I decided to dedicate my time to helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses and lead the lives they crave.
