What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My reason for doing this work is due to wanting to help managers and owners feel successful in launching their own dreams! The goal is as managers and owners are creating their dream of opening their businesses, they are able to support their teams to be successful and encourage growth and excitement for the company. The happier employees are with their experience in a company, the happier customers will be with their experience

Unique Selling Proposition
I take an individualized and hands on approach to helping managers and owners optimize their team's performance. This is done through 1on1 conversations, leadership development strategies and team building processes for the team. I will provide improvement suggestions and implementation strategies with guidance. Owners and managers will NEVER feel like they are "thrown to the wolves".
About me
I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to North Carolina after graduating from Grad School in 2014. I started my professional career in Higher Education Administration, working with college students to faculty on their professional growth around leadership. I have a passion for helping others grow into their own authenticity and feel empowered to be themselves in their lives. After leaving Higher Education, I transitioned into a Full Cycle Tech Sales role for a few months before moving back into a training and development role at a fortune 500 company. My ultimate goal at the end of the day is for OTHERS to be happy with their progress.
