I have nearly 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, building and growing businesses with a primary leadership focus in operations.
I am outcome-oriented with a track record of achieving positive results in client satisfaction, team success, and organizational improvement. I help connect the thinking with the doing by leveraging skills I've learned from working in a wide range of industries.
My career began in the restaurant industry where I opened 7 restaurants in under 2 years. Then, in 2017, I sold my first business.
Since then, I have held leadership roles in many unrelated areas. From driving the growth of new restaurant locations to running an accounting firm serving a diverse client base with revenues up to $10M, my expertise also extends to hotels, creative agencies, landscaping, and retail.
