What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because I love to put a smile on others faces. As a commercial banker, I get the opportunity to change lives by helping owners and others reach both business and personal goals. I also get the opportunity to be extremely active in the community and serve others. in 2024, banking is viewed as a commodity and a lot of banks don't care about the relationship aspect. Here at Truist we strive to restore the meaning of a banker and that starts with making others happy.

Put simply, I work at an institution that has just about every capability. As the 7th largest commercial bank, we have the capabilities of a JP Morgan Chase but also remember our clients are more than just a number. I am originally from Dallas Texas and have been in Houston since 2021. I went to college at the University of Texas @ Arlington where I had the pleasure of being a member of the men's basketball team. After college I started out at Truist as a part-time teller. I eventually made my way through a Leadership Development program at Truist in 2020 which led to me being in my current position as a commercial banker.
