What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
After nearly two decades in the pest control industry and working for several local companies both large and small, I *finally* came to believe that I could run my own business. The prospect of it horrified me before, and still does some days. But I've found a lot of satisfaction in doing more than spraying foundations and yards for tiny critters. My why is all about building lasting relationships with other business owners and creating a better life for my family and my future employees. -
Unique Selling Proposition
Unlike most of my competitors, I don't believe in locking anyone in a contract. I don't need to. I believe the quality of my work is enough to keep my customers. Most pest companies also use the same products and procedures during every visit, which allows pests to gain an immunity to their treatments. At Paladin Pest Control we change our products and procedures with every season to guarantee maximum effectiveness. -
