What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Our 'why' is to help our clients get maximal benefit (insurance proceeds) and therefore optimal resolutions on property damage claims.
We work mostly with home hail damages - specifically roofs. We also replace damaged siding and windows, but roofs are most common and comprise the bulk of our project pipeline.

-Can I chat/consult with the home or property owner/manager?
-Is the person open-minded enough that I can walk / assist them through the entirety of the insurance process?
Unique Selling Proposition
Zero-pressure, consultative approach.
I am transparent with clients about most roof replacements not being necessary. I give them all options and not just the one that benefits my bank account the most.
I build my pipeline through referrals and mailers/postcards so that I DO NOT have to rely on the following:
-Door knocking
-High pressure sales
-Half-truths
-Cold calling
-Offering to pay/waive deducible portions (illegal in Minnesota but many roofing OTHER roofing companies do it regardless)

Chronologically:
-Fitness business owner for 12 years.
-Have worked in the trades (sales) 7 years.
-I am also a freelance marketing consultant. I help / mentor other small business owners in building their pipeline. I specialize in direct mail marketing/postcards. This is something I focus on in the Wintertime when roofing season is not in session.
-Currently studying to become a chaplain in the US Army (US Army Reserves), and also studying building engineering/architecture because it helps me better serve my clients.
