Take care and let me know if you do connect!

What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Why do I do what I do? π€
For over half my life, I've been training corporations. The executive teams I've mentored manage thousands across Europe, the US, and Asia. But why the shift to 1:1 coaching? IMPACT is the essence of my answer:π₯
Corporate training has its merits. It often amplifies what's already good, making it just a tad better, or sometimes remarkably so.
But in my one-on-one sessions, I TRANSFORM LIVES. π± I confront the profound struggles that keep people up at nightβthe issues that have haunted them for years. For many executives and business owners I encounter, these challenges manifest as burnout, stress, depression, severe trauma, or even PTSD. π In blunt terms, it's deep, challenging stuff.
My expertise typically allows me to foster permanent and impactful change within 90 days. Some clients describe my approach as a "fix it" method. π§ It's not about merely understanding the problem; it's about healing, feeling rejuvenated, and regaining peak performance. π
The satisfaction and fulfillment I derive from facilitating such transformations? That's my driving force. That's my why. β€οΈ
When the war broke out in Ukraine, I found myself trapped. But I chose to act. I took the initiative to assist the war victims and refugees suffering from PTSD. I began by organizing group training on Zoom, which soon expanded, drawing to my team psychologists, coaches, and therapists from Ukraine.
π Together, our collective efforts significantly aided over 1000 individuals. The feedback was heartwarming: those who completed our 2-month course reported a 42% average reduction in PTSD symptoms (and sustained), even as they faced ongoing trauma in cities under siege. That's my why. π
Some peers inquire about the methodology. It's called Neurokinesis touch therapyβa groundbreaking approach from the US. I discovered it while grappling with my trauma. It's revolutionary, akin to the transformative impact of the iPhone in its early days, especially when juxtaposed with traditional trauma treatments.
With certainty, I can say that our efforts with the Ukraine group prevented at least 20 suicides. That's my why. πβ‘οΈβ€οΈ
Some wonder if this intense line of work wears me down. Quite the oppositeβit energizes me. π I don't need to delve into the entire story to help. In fact, I believe rehashing trauma can exacerbate pain. Observing positive change fills me with energy, and I'm not burdened by the harrowing tales. This approach also caters to introverts who can heal without reliving their trauma verbally. π€«
Another profound motivator? My children. π¨βπ§βπ¦ My involvement in psychology and interactions with clients who've endured troubled childhoods have accentuated the importance of providing a nurturing environment for my kids. As a conscious parent to my 12 and 16-year-olds, I take pride in witnessing their burgeoning confidence and independence. My dream? More children free from trauma, which necessitates trauma-free parents. This vision propels my work. π
I felt compelled to share some of my whys with you. π
