I'm Karen Dayle, the dynamic force behind Visionary Pathway, seamlessly weaving my expertise as a GFI Life Insurance Agent, LegalShield associate, and ColorStreet beauty consultant, with my passion for nurturing future leaders through development coaching.
When I'm not empowering individuals or advocating for veterans with RebootVA, Air Force Wounded Warriors, or Right Face 4 Veterans, you can find me diving deep into University of Kentucky basketball. Inspired by visionaries like Gregg Popovich and Mel Robbins, my life is a testament to the power of education, leadership, and the unyielding pursuit of excellence—on and off the court. -

For example, I offer career coaching which frequently lends itself to exploring business startups for my clients. I can access high-quality courses and supplemental materials as I progress through the Coaches Coach certification program. Additionally, I am a LegalShield sales and recruiter associate. I can provide pre-paid legal services for establishing business entities, review of contracts, and related services. This spring I will be launching my digital product line of personal and business planning tools and workbooks. -
