Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Dear (XXXX),
I was thinking about your business and ways I could bring value and this introduction came to mind.
MEET DAVID ROSS
David has been an entrepreneur all of his life and has a 25-year history of telling his clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. In his partnership with CoAdvantage he helps businesses of all shapes and sizes manage risk for opportunities, providing HR and benefit solutions. His strategic perspective blends the analytical and creative to come up with unique solutions. I promise that time spent having coffee with him will be well spent, given his connectivity and strategic mind.
I will let you two take it from here!
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
"To whom much is given, much will be required." Luke 12:48
I have been blessed my entire life by people who have gone out of their way to help. That "go-giver" mentality, to coin the phrase by Bob Burg and John David Mann, is one I have lived by my entire life.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1). Do you feel like you spend more time working in your business instead of on your business?
2). Do you and your employees have problems getting questions answered about benefits?
3). Do you feel that your vendors for all things HR (benefits, payroll, 401k, etc) are more reactive or proactive?
Unique Selling Proposition
My focus is always telling people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear, regardless of whether it makes a sale. I want to help people grow regardless of personal gain.
About me
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I know what that journey looks like because I have lived it. I moved to Tennessee as a temporary stop over 30 years ago, met my wife, Cherry, and started our family. We live on her family's farm in Murfreesboro in a 115-year-old farmhouse built by her great-grandfather. With three children, Reagan(26), Makenzie(23) and Braden(21), we are now enjoying watching these adults with amazement as they blaze their trail.
