What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My why is really to be able to help other businesses grow ! My background is all in Sales, Marketing and Business development. I have spent all of my career helping an individual company that I represented grow, but now through our franchise of NIA, I can help multiple businesses grow and build relationships that last a lifetime! Working alongside my husband; Attorney, Oscar Maldonado, JR. together we are a power couple to help our members! -

About me
As the youngest of 6 children, I was born in Freeport, TX . My father worked for Dow Chemical, so I grew up living in several different countries, and even learned 3 foreign languages before I was even 8 yrs. old! By the time I was about 9, we moved back to Texas. I went to high school on the Westside of Houston at Stratford HS. I still have many life long friends from growing up here. I attended college at Blinn Jr. College, Sam Houston State University and finally graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. After Graduation, I moved to Dallas and after only 8 months got transferred to California. I am so glad to be back in Texas though! It was here in Houston, where I met, almost 30 yrs. ago, the love of my life; Oscar Maldonado, my husband of 28 yrs. ! We live in Katy, TX , Where we raised our 2 daughters; Harley and Angelique. (now grown adults, 26 and 25). We also have a Family Band; “ Nowhere But Up” where my husband, our adult children and a close friend perform together putting on a great show and self producing awesome music! I am their “momager/ LaJeffa” who books their shows! My background is all in Sales, marketing and business development, so I love connecting people with people that will be life long relationships. I love my family and spending time with them! I love dancing, fine wines and traveling. Together our family also owns an entertainment business that includes a Photobooth, DJ and a LIVE Band “Nowhere But Up” ! -
