What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I have been working in computers since 1969 when I began programming an IBM 1130 in FORTRAN which has led me to discover that they can help leverage time. However, I have observed that many people have technology issues. Since then I have helped tens of thousands of computer users to get the most out of their technology. My "why" is the pleasure that I get in helping people and the wonderful customers that I have discovered over the years.

About me
I got my start in computers at LeTourneau University where I graduated with a B. S. E. E. in 1974. Then I worked for Schlumberger where I designed a special magnetic mark measuring tool to compensate for the twist in wireline cable. When the first computerized logging truck (number 8001) was released I was a field engineer on it. After this I spent a couple years helping design a "State of the Art Towed Array" for the Naval Underwater Systems Center which was used to detect the presence of submarines. Working as a design engineer at Texas Instruments, Inc. gave me project management and technical writing experience. During those years I had the privilege to write a book and two magazine articles. My interest in computers led me to work as a "technician" at Compushop where I became the go to guy for their stores across the U. S. Then when the time came, I helped them close two of their Houston stores. With that experience, I formed Primary Computer Service, Inc. in 1984 where I have personally worked on more than 20,000 computers.
It is a pleasure for me to exercise my green thumb in flower and vegetable gardening following the advice of Texas A&M Expert and host of KTRH Gardenline, Randy Lemmon.
I have also spent 11 years singing sacred classical music with the Houston Masterworks Chorus. When invited by Dr. Allen Hightower to sing in The Creation which is an oratorio written between 1797 and 1798 by Joseph Haydn, I was ecstatic and joined the chorus then.
