My "why" is deeply rooted in empowerment, impact, and legacy.
I started RLD Bookkeeping & Tax Solutions not just to offer financial services but to make a real difference, for my clients, my team, and my community. I believe that when businesses have clarity and control over their finances, they can grow, create jobs, and build legacies.
For me, it's not just about numbers, it's about giving business owners the confidence to make informed decisions, scale their businesses, and ultimately achieve financial freedom. I do what I do because I know that strong businesses build strong communities.
Beyond that, I want to pave the way for future generations, including my daughter, by creating something sustainable, innovative, and impactful. Through networking, AI automation, and mentorship, I aim to empower others to rise with me.

Rosalee is also dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth. She is on the path to obtaining her CPA certification, expanding her firm's service offerings, and building a legacy of financial empowerment.
