About me
Born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. It was a great place to grow up. I have an older sister and a younger brother, and we are best friends. I attended UND after graduating because that's where my father graduated from and I wanted to follow his footsteps. I graduated with a degree in Merchandising and Design. I spent time studying Fashion design in NYC and a month in London and Paris, what a great experience!
After graduating from UND, I moved to Minneapolis and worked for a large retailer in merchandising. That opened a door for me to join a company and design a full line of knit headwear, mittens, and scarves to national retailers. One of my highlights was to design an entire line of Mickey Mouse headwear for all ages to present to Walt Disney and they granted us the license. One of the best experiences I have ever had, and it was a huge success! I have spent over 30 years in marketing and graphic design. So how does Payroll/HR fit in to this? I guess God has a sense of humor. I have been with ESG for 13 years and it is so rewarding to see the difference our business model can make in small and medium size businesses! I love the fact that I can help turn companies around financially, provide the resources so smaller companies can me more competitive in the market place and give them nationwide access to grow their business.
I have been married to Mike Milbradt for 23 years. I became an instant Mom to 3 teenage boys and am still around to tell stories! We have 7 grandchildren ages 3 months to 20 years old. We love spending time with them, they are a joy to our lives! Mike and I like to golf, spend time at our cabin four wheeling, traveling, gardening, remodeling, spending time with family and friend and quite time at home with our two German Shepard's, Sadie and Ivy.
