As former partner and CTO, I have 20 years of experience leading technology and cross-functional teams through startup and ambiguity to autonomy and focus. I have implemented hundreds of changes for operations, service, accounting, and marketing teams by purchasing vendor solutions, building proprietary software, or combining the two to create unique products in the marketplace. -
