Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
In a perfect world, I would like permission from the referring party for me to contact the client directly (as opposed to having them contact me). I'm also open to a group email introduction.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
After selling new construction homes for many years, I jumped into property management and opened my company up in 2015. I have been managing my own properties since the early 2000s, and really started the company because of a growing outcry of need from my clients. I enjoy helping my clients with their most valuable assets and am of the belief if I do a good job for them by finding them good tenants who equally will help take care of my client's property, and by providing equally good service to my tenants, I can achieve a nice harmony which allows me to keep tenants in properties longer and keep my owners happy.
I work strictly by referral. I strive to offer to my clients, the utmost personal service in my management.
Red Dot Property Management serves the greater Seattle/Eastside area, and parts of Snohomish county as well.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
If you hear someone is buying a new home. Ask them what are their plans with their current home? Renting or Selling. If Renting is the answer, ask them if they plan to manage it themselves or have it professionally managed?
About me
I’m Ben Williams, the founder and President of Red Dot Real Estate, LLC and Red Dot Property Management. The company is based in Kirkland, WA. I’ve been a Kirkland resident since 2002 and a native of Seattle since the late 1970s living in multiple neighborhoods, such as Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Richmond Beach, Maple Leaf, Leschi, and Renton.
I'm a graduate of Washington State University (Go Cougs!), where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Edward R Murrow School of Communication. I am married with three children, two cats, and two dogs, and a partridge in a pear tree. I also have a silly sense of humor.
My wife and I love to travel. We've been to more than 45 countries including a full year of backpacking around the world in our younger days where we visited around 30 countries in 12 month period. We are now in the planning stages to visit central Africa with our children in 2022.
I am also avid into sports, spectating, and playing. Golf is my favorite participation sport, and love our Seattle sports teams with great passion. Friday night movie nights are also big in the Williams Family Household.
