What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I lost my sister and needed to help my nieces & nephew. So, I started looking for an organization where they could meet other kids that have also lost a parent. I only found organizations that offered one to one counseling services and nothing that offered peer interaction. Watching the kids suffer, feeling as if they were the only kids to have ever lost a parent, I felt that something needed to be done. We put an organization together that brings kids that have suffered a similar situation and unites them in a fun environment. While our goal is helping kids in their journey, Selfishly our hearts are full by doing so. -
About me
I have been the business owner of a successful collection agency, a property preservation company and a bar and grill (yes, all at the same time). Now my attention and goals are solely to grow our nonprofit, we do eventually intend to be nationwide to help as many kids as possible. -
