In a remarkable debut year, Andrew Johnson has been honored as Network In Action’s (NIA) 2024 Rookie of the Year, recognizing his outstanding leadership and rapid impact in Northern Colorado’s business community.
With a background in building over 150 networking groups across the U.S., Andrew launched his NIA franchise in Northern Colorado in late 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for connecting business professionals to this rapidly growing market. His vision includes expanding to 12–15 groups and over 500 members, aiming to generate more than $1 million in referral revenue among his initial three groups within the first 12 to 18 months.
Andrew's commitment to professional networking is deeply personal. In 2019, his wife suffered a traumatic brain injury from a car accident and was later diagnosed with ovarian cancer. The support he received from his extensive network during this challenging time highlighted the profound value of strong business relationships. This experience fuels his dedication to helping others build networks that can support them through both business endeavors and life's unexpected challenges.
