She names one of the main mistakes entrepreneurs make when they first start their businesses and explains what they can do to remedy that and make a profit from the get-go. Charlene goes on to explain that another common mistake businessmen and women make is not having proper accounting in the first and second years of their businesses, making it hard for them to correctly assess their revenue and costs. Charlene asserts that when business owners don’t understand the risks they are taking, they might cost them a lot of money.
