Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I would like to introduce you to Josh Parks, President of Bridgeway Consulting. His firm helps companies like yours develop organizational culture, leaders, and teams for better results. They have tools for assessing these things and they offer open enrollment and on-site training as well as coaching.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I love seeing business leaders get measurable results through healthy, engaged teams. I often say that I am in the business of self-awareness. I help leaders discover their strengths and struggles, teams recognize and address their dysfunctions, and organizations understand and improve their cultures.
