Born and raised on the Georgia coast, Matt Bryant has always admired the beauty of the South and its historic homes. After majoring in Political Science at the College of Coastal Georgia, he began his career managing luxury vacation properties on Sea Island, gaining valuable experience in high-end real estate and working with affluent clients.
Matt moved to Nashville in 2013 and quickly fell for its thriving real estate market. The city’s diverse neighborhoods and blend of historic charm with modern growth fueled his passion for the industry. Over the years, he’s developed a deep understanding of the local market while continuing his work in real estate and property management.
In 2020, Matt launched Catapult to help families relocating to Nashville navigate the market with confidence. His expertise and love for the city make him a trusted guide for anyone looking to call Music City home.
Today, Matt lives in Charlotte Park and enjoys exploring everything Nashville has to offer—from its local breweries to outdoor adventures along the river and nearby trails.
