What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My supreme objective is to be a positive force in all I do! After over 30 years in leadership roles in tech corporations, I have worked through 4 business mergers and their effects on business, customers and employees. I made a conscious decision to step away from large corporations to focus on helping small businesses thrive.
Every day, I want to build strong relationships with my clients, and draw upon my integrity, knowledge and experience, range of skills and resources that remove any barriers to deliver favorable results. -

I am not a salesman. I build relationships and provide support and assistance to my clients to help them achieve positive outcomes. To me, the relationships I can build are the most important value I can provide. I offer a no-charge initial consult to take the first step to build relationships with business owners. Then we take things one step at a time at a pace that's comfortable for the owner. Through my extensive personal network, I have access to specialists and professionals to help businesses improve. -
About me
I was born in Chicago and am the oldest of three sons and raised in a family that had to work hard for everything they have. I was the first in three generations to achieve a college education. This instilled in me a strong work ethic and an ambition to achieve. I learned early on that you can achieve anything you put your mind to and can focus on. I moved to the Bay Area in the 1986 and then to Portland in 1992. I've had the opportunity to travel to many places around the world. I've learned from my failures and have appreciated the successes I've achieved. But I'm not finished yet! I strive to lead a work hard / play hard ethic, but I am not so good at the non-work side of the balance always. I am happily married to the love of my life and have two grown sons that live in Portland and are thriving. -
