With a background in education and over a decade of experience in business consulting, I understand the unique challenges companies face when it comes to managing payroll, benefits, and vendor services.
I founded PDX Benefits LLC to serve as a trusted advisor, not just a broker. My goal is to ensure businesses get the best solutions at the best value, whether that means negotiating better rates, improving efficiency, or simply making sure they have the right support. Unlike traditional brokers, I focus on long-term partnerships, staying engaged with my clients to help them adapt and grow.
When I’m not working, I enjoy coaching football and basketball, hiking, and spending time with my wife and four kids. I believe in helping people recognize their strengths and reach their full potential, whether in business or in life.
Outside of work, I enjoy coaching football and basketball, helping young athletes develop their skills and confidence. I’m also an avid reader of epic fantasy, always looking for the next great adventure to dive into. When I have time, I love building Star Wars LEGO sets, a hobby that blends creativity with nostalgia. With four kids—ages 7, 5, and 3-year-old twins—life is always busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I also enjoy learning new things, whether it’s exploring business strategies, discovering new technologies, or finding ways to help others grow.
