What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I am passionate about health and wellness. I found myself with the opportunity to explore massage therapy after running a food company for 15 years and selling it in order to expand my horizons. Massage Therapy is purpose driven work which provides purpose for myself while helping people heal from injuries and or reach their peak vitality for physical and mental health.

Unique Selling Proposition
I invested in my own studio and private practice so that I can dictate my techniques, rates, appointments, mood, offerings, music and more. I have a no gratuity policy to help clients know exactly what they will pay and encourage payment prior to the session to help us focus on the therapy session and goals. I am trained in deep tissue, sports, Thai, Swedish, zero balancing, cupping, hot stones and more in order to have a wide variety of tools and techniques to use during each session. I have a general full body massage that has aspects of most of the modalities listed that I offer which targets the whole body to help bring healing to the entire system. I also customize and focus on certain areas that clients may have chronic fatigue, pain and dis-ease while trying to ensure balance from other connecting muscle groups and joints for full body balance.
About me
I am originally from West Tennessee and have lived in Colorado for almost 20 years all over Boulder County. I ran a food business specializing in organic quinoa for over 15 years before selling it two years ago. After numerous interviews in my industry kept falling through, I did a sabbatical road trip over 6 weeks and 8000 miles which led me to Massage Therapy ( It's a long and crazy story)..In short, I love what I do now as a licensed massage therapists and have some other part time jobs including teaching business development at Berkana Institute, corporate wellness advocate at Yoga Pod and a private property manager for friends in Boulder County. Bodywork is my main source of income which I am growing this year in the community of Longmont, CO on Main St and 3rd Avenue. I am also recently engaged to my lovely partner and fiance Chelsea who is an awesome graphic and UX designer. I have a deep spiritual connection which has roots in Christianity though has transcended to a deeper curiosity for theology and personal relationship with God. After reading the Surrender Experience by Michael Singer back in 2022, I've continued to say Yes to new opportunities including this one with Next Level. I also love to cook and make some delicious sourdough bread.
Bodywork, Yoga, Culinary, Climbing, Skiing, Trail Running, Hiking, Adventure, Gardening, Music, Dancing, and always open to new fun hobbies. I hope to start painting more this year along with building a chicken house in the Spring!
