Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Chris Richardson
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
We believe technology shouldn’t feel like your nemesis—it should feel like your trusty sidekick. We love stepping in to solve headaches, untangle wires (both figuratively and literally), and turn tech nightmares into success stories. Plus, we live for the "Oh wow, that was easy!" moment from our clients. Our mission? To help you work smarter, not harder, stay secure, and to be the answer to the question, “Who’s your data?"
We do what we do because we love to fix stuff! There’s nothing more satisfying than taking a glitchy, frustrating tech mess and turning it into a seamless, reliable solution. We’re here because every business deserves IT that just works. And let’s be honest, we love being the tech hero people call at 2 a.m. (It’s like being Batman, but with less crime and more coffee.)
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
How are you currently handling IT issues, like computer problems, network hiccups, or software updates?
Do you feel confident that your business is protected against cybersecurity threats like malware or data breaches?
When was the last time you reviewed or upgraded your tech setup to keep up with your business needs?

About me
Born and raised in a small town called Houston, TX. Computers caught my eye at a young age and I've been trying to figure them out ever since. I grew up playing all sports in FBISD, sang all over the world in the Fort Bend Boys Choir, and produce music/sound effects. I am married to Mrs. Party & Co. (Rachelle Richardson) and have 2 boys (Gavin and Blake).
Family time, sports, computers, video games, board/card games, movies, music, fixing stuff, making music, building things, helping people, sparking ideas for others, networking, and marketing.
