What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My passion is helping other women who struggle with their bodies and their relationship with food because I’ve discovered the freedom of feeling truly confident in my body and enjoying food without the constant worry of what I 'should' eat. I want every woman to experience this same sense of freedom and joy.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Why is it important for you to make changes in your fitness/nutrition now?
2. Are you looking for support and guidance when it comes to your body and your mindset around food?
3. Have you tried other diets/workout plans and struggle to find what works for you long term?
Unique Selling Proposition
My coaching method focuses on both sides of the coin needed for long term results: nutritional skills and habits through small practices to find what works for you WITHOUT counting calories or completely cutting out any type of food and making sure you're able to build/maintain muscle and find freedom through mobility so you're never limited on things you want to do in life and bonus: feel strong/confident in every life phase!
About me
I grew up playing soccer and even got to play in college so fitness has always been a large part of my life. I've been an in-person personal trainer for 9 years at Anytime Fitness Queen Anne and worked with every type of person under the sun (kids-ladies in their 80's), but I realized there was no accountability outside of our sessions in the gym and no room for nutrition coaching which is necessary for long term results. I had also learned so much with my clients and my own training about the freedom that mobility can bring, so I made it my mission to make my knowledge more accessible by being online, more affordable than the price of in-person training and to include BOTH fitness and nutrition.
