  • Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I wanted to introduce you to Sodavann from Reframe Consulting Group. They have over 20 years of experience helping companies across industries like private equity, retail, manufacturing, and IT. What really sets them apart is their focus on teaching/educating internal teams & leaders to manage change initiatives. Which helps eliminate the need to keep relying on external consultants every time a major transition occurs in an organization such as mergers, acquisitions, digital transformations, or leadership restructures. Given the nature of your business, I believe they could be incredibly beneficial for you and your team.
  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I’ve learned that countless companies waste so much time and money on external consultants every time they face a major transition. I’m here to change that. With our Reframe 6-Step Program, I help educate leaders and their teams to drive sustainable change from within, reducing reliance on outside help and saving up to 49% in costs during the process.

The data shows that 70% of change initiatives fail, but our approach has a strong track record that has helped companies achieve 94% of their performance goals. Change isn’t easy, but it can be simple. Let’s make it happen together.
  • Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
    1. Is your company going through change? (such as Merger & Acquisition, Digital transformation, New Leadership/New Structure)
    2. Does your company have too much to do and not enough resources to do it?
    3. Does your company constantly seek external consulting to help with change management & would you like that to stop?
  • Unique Selling Proposition
We help business leaders save time and money by creating healthy high-performing cultures. We do this through a proven three-step system designed to boost change capability by eliminating dependency on outside resources, reducing financial waste, and bridging the gap between office and non-desk employees.
  • About me
    Hello NIA!

I am a young professional who believes in the power of building meaningful relationships, especially helping one another out when in need! I moved to the U.S. 7 years ago from Cambodia and have learned so much since then—and I’m still learning!

Adjusting to life here has required a lot of growth and adaptation. I had to learn a completely different language, try unfamiliar foods, embrace a new culture, leave my childhood friends behind to make new friends, and understand a different way of life. The first 2 to 3 years were the hardest, as we had to “hit the ground running,” or as they say, “build the plane while flying it.”

Despite the challenges, my family and I pushed through, thanks to the incredible support we received from those around us—both relatives and friends who became like family. Blood-related or not, they were there for us. They taught me the importance of building genuine, meaningful relationships, especially during difficult times.

I’m here to continue doing just that! I feel truly blessed to join NIA, where so many of us are working to grow our businesses and support one another with a mindset of community and collaboration. Let’s connect!
