Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Dr. Jacobs, or Dr. J or Adam.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
It's my purpose to put my athletic skills and large healing hands in use by helping people live better lives. The power of chiropractic was able to help me avoid back surgery when I was 18 years old and I have been able to use it to help thousands of patients do the same in the last 15+ years of my life.

About me
Dr. Adam Jacobs, a California native, discovered chiropractic care following a severe lower back injury from a wakeboarding accident. This transformative experience shifted his focus from traditional medicine to hands-on, alternative treatments.
Dr. Jacobs earned his Biology degree at UC Santa Cruz, where he also played college basketball. He then pursued chiropractic studies at Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose, specializing in sports chiropractic. He honed his skills treating winter Olympic athletes in Park City, UT, and later served athletes and professionals in the South Bay before founding SF Custom Chiropractic in 2011.
Recognized multiple times as the top chiropractor in the Bay Area by SF Gate, ABC 7 A-list, and other publications, Dr. Jacobs is renowned for his expertise in neck pain, sports injuries, low back pain, and hip pain. He holds certifications in Active Release Technique™ (ART), Functional Movement Systems™ (F.M.S.), Medical 2 of the Titleist Performance Institute™ (TPI), and is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS).
Dr. Jacobs has served as the onsite chiropractor for Equinox Clubs in San Francisco, Yelp Corporation, and major events like Outside Lands Music Festival and the US Open Golf Championship.
Recently, Dr. Jacobs moved to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to his wife’s family, who have long roots in Spokane. Embracing the outdoors, he stays active year-round by skiing, golfing, running, wakeboarding, fishing, hiking, supporting local sports teams, and attending live music events. He is grateful for the opportunity to continue his passion for helping people move and feel better while spending quality time with friends and family
