I grew up on a farm in Southern Minnesota with my four sisters. What this instilled within me, is a very strong work ethic. This drive helped me graduate from college with high honors.
I am driven to be the best and have a strong distain for 2nd place. I have been in sales, sales leadership, and sales coaching roles since the late 1990's. I have worked for Fortune 100 companies as well as for smaller organizations. I have consistently delivered results well beyond expectations with both big and small companies. With big or small companies and whether it is B2B or B2C sales, the commonality is helping PEOPLE achieve their goals. In my experience, that is the recipe for success.
Being a grandparent to my two grandchildren! We live on a lake in Eden Prairie, and we really enjoy spending time on the lake with family and friends. Lastly, I enjoy spending time outdoors working on my lawn. I am that neighbor that people love to hate as I have nearly perfect grass where the mowing lines are perfectly straight.
