While my "why" for almost everything I do is my family, I chose a career path in the mortgage industry because I wanted to not only work with our clients to realize their dream of homeownership; I also enjoy educating our clients on the different types of mortgage loans available and also how they can pay off debt earlier than projected. Most people, I think view a mortgage as simply a necessity for buying a home, when I believe a mortgage should be viewed as a financial tool they can utilize to reach their goals overall. Of course that includes becoming a homeowner, but I believe it is important to be informed on how mortgage products and services can be utilized to create more stability and freedom as it relates to their overall financial picture.
Unique Selling Proposition
Our clients are informed and educated about our products and services. Taking an approach of providing information and education gives our clients the power to decide for themselves with confidence rather than feeling like they were "sold". It isn't about a transaction for us, it is all about the relationships and partnerships we can build.
About me
I am from northwestern Wisconsin, where I grew up in a community surrounded by small farms. There were 6 kids in our home, I have 1 older brother and 4 younger sisters, never a dull moment. Living in the country, there was always something to do or work to do I should say. My uncle helped me get a job at our local feed mill when I was 15 and I worked with another uncle learning how to build houses in the summer months. I believe a lot of the morals and values I have now were perpetuated by growing up in the country with a large family where community is everything. True wealth isn't the amount of money you have in your bank account, it is the amount of people around you that you share your life and love with.
