Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I would like to be introduced as a trusted mortgage advisor who leads with a servant's heart. I am an outside of the box thinker and a strategic problem solver with a knack for the numbers. I pride myself on excellent communication and being a great listener.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
At Barrett Financial, my team and I will find a loan that fits each borrower. Unlike big banks that have "order takers" helping you with your loan, we are a team of highly skilled loan consultants. Our consultants know what it takes to get through underwriting quickly. Also, the big banks have a limited number of lending options available and their loan programs are one size fits all. We have relationships with many lenders. We will find the lender that offers rates good for your scenario. No matter your needs, we are here to help.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
Do you want your loan experience to be better and faster with great communication?
Do you understand how to read a loan estimate and have been clearly educated on discount points and other fees?
What is the most important factor for you in choosing a loan advisor?
Unique Selling Proposition
When shopping for a mortgage transparency, speed, and cost are all important factors. I pride myself on not only being a trusted advisor in the mortgage space but also being faster, better and cheaper than my competition.
About me
I grew up in Albany, Oregon and ended up attending the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma. I fell in love with the Puget Sound area and have lived here since 1994. I met my wife Deanna in 2004 and we share our passions for road tripping, RV-ing, Our fur babies (Dogs) and binge watching our favorite shows. My Dad was a middle school teacher and I always loved education and bringing value to other people. The mortgage industry allows me to be an educator and a trusted advisor and I find that so rewarding.
