He has been doing this for over 10 years and has developed appraisals for many different types of properties including, rural, manufactured homes, lake front, multimillion, condos, townhomes, duplexes and single family residential homes. -

I love the challenge of figuring out what people's homes are worth. Many times the clients I'm helping are going through very difficult times (divorce and a death in the family) and being able to help them understand what that homes is worth is a great feeling. -
