About me
In 2013, I co-founded Rubicon, a business growth agency designed to implement a proven growth framework for ambitious businesses with proven offers. We focus on customer journey marketing and business automation and are certified partners with DigitalMarketer and Keap, which enables us to provide our clients with timeless marketing strategies combined with the latest in business automation technology to accelerate their growth.
Over the past decade, with this robust framework, we've supported over 1,100 businesses across more than 100 industries in designing their customer value journey—defining the process by which businesses transform strangers into customers—and in adopting modern technologies to attract new leads and efficiently convert them into loyal customers. The results speak for themselves: Our clients often double and even triple their business growth within 12 months.
During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to work with an emerging franchisor, which opened my eyes to the franchise business model. We support franchisors with their franchisee (fran dev) journey, along with franchisees with their consumer journey.
What I love about the franchise model is that it uniquely combines entrepreneurship with proven systems and support, which are often lacking in independent small businesses. I understood that the success and growth of one franchisor can positively impact countless aspiring entrepreneurs to build profitable businesses and that franchisors are a business growth catalyst. This inspired me to focus our agency and my skill set on serving franchise businesses and plug in our growth framework to consistently capture new leads, convert them into customer, and ascend them into raving fans. -
