About me
I have 25 years experience as a sales, marketing and general operations manager for large organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. I began my career with Cox Cable in 1984 and ultimately earned the position of Manager of Spokane Area Operations for PRIMESTAR where I led the incredible team that launched PRIMESTAR direct broadcast satellite service to the Inland Northwest market, growing the business to a $5.1 million operation, serving 8,000 customers, prior to its subsequent sale to Direct TV in October 1998.
I leveraged my experience with Cox Cable and PRIMESTAR into a decade long engagement with Comcast Spokane serving as their Commercial Sales Manager from 1999-2009. During my tenure with Comcast I gained valuable experience conducting successful contract negotiations with businesses ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
In 2014 I joined Murphy Business Sales. We are one of the largest business brokerage and lower Middle Market M&A firms in North America, with over 240 professionals throughout the United States and Canada. I am a licensed real estate broker, business broker and registered franchise broker. Over the course of the last 10 years I've gained extensive valuation, transaction and deal team leadership experience in valuation and sale of businesses in the Pacific Northwest Market.
