What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I joined the roofing industry as a woman in a male-dominated field because I believe in breaking barriers and setting myself apart. Roofing is a critical part of construction, and I think it's harder to value the importance of it when it isn't shared with more women.

Outside of my role with Omega Exteriors, I am a high-end dress designer and owner of Midwest Gowns. I design and create luxury dresses for clients to rent, as well as purchase for events such as weddings, engagements, maternity, lifestyle and family photoshoots.
I also have a deep passion for the game of lacrosse. I played lacrosse from the age of 8, through college at the University of Colorado, and ended my career on a high note while playing for the USA collegiate team in Australia. Since my career ended, I've taken on numerous coaching roles, but that is currently on hold as I raise my family and guide them into new sports that they are interested in. -
