My main reason for why I do what I do is to help families understand how their insurance protects them when the unexpected happens. I like to educate and advise my customers on the various types of insurance coverages that are available and the what the best options are for their families.

About me
I was born and raised in North Idaho and still currently live in the same neighborhood that I grew up in Post Falls. I have been married for almost 23 years and have a 15 year old son who is very active in sports. As a family, we love to do anything outdoors.... hiking, paddleboarding, mountain biking in the summer and in the winter you can find us in the mountains skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing.
I worked in retail for 25 years prior to going into insurance in 2019. I was a manger for various departments but my biggest thing was taking care of my customers. I have carried the customer service skills that I learned from retail into what I do in my agency with my own customers. I enjoy helping everyone and listening to everyone's stories.
