About Sal

With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, I am a seasoned and versatile leader dedicated to driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across various industries. My career has been marked by a passion for creating and executing strategic plans that align with an organization's vision, mission, and goals while meeting market needs. Before the impact of COVID-19, I was the sales executive and owner of Commercial Sales and Marketing Services, a company that provided contract sales and marketing services for over 30 businesses in the Charlotte Metro area. We represented commercial furniture and flooring manufacturers in both North and South Carolina, securing and managing multiple large clients and generating over $2 million in revenue. Leading a team of eight talented sales and marketing professionals, I fostered a culture of collaboration, excellence, and integrity, driving significant growth for our clients. Beyond my professional achievements, I have always been deeply committed to community involvement and leadership. I have served on multiple non-profit boards, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Mill Elks Lodge, where I played a vital role in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that benefit our local community. I am also an ordained minister and have held certifications as a property manager and property and casualty adjuster. My decision to acquire the NIA, Power Team Carolinas franchise was driven by my belief in the power of strategic networking to foster business growth and build lasting professional relationships. I saw an opportunity to leverage my extensive experience and passion for connecting people to create value, support local businesses, and drive community success. Through NIA, I am committed to helping professionals build strong, mutually beneficial networks that contribute to their personal and professional growth.
