Booking & Pricing Information:

• Cabin Options (Based on Double Occupancy, Including Port Fees & Taxes):
  
• Balcony Cabins: Starting at $809 per person
  
• Ocean View Cabins: Starting at $644 per person
  
• Interior Cabins: Starting at $544 per person
  
• Suites, Singles, Triples, & Quads: Priced based on current availability
  

To secure our special group pricing, a deposit of $50.00 per person or $100.00 per cabin is due at the time of booking, through April 11th.

The full deposit per cabin of $150.00 per person or $300.00 per cabin is due by June 30th, along with the names of the guest for the cabin. Please note that deposits must be received by June 30th to lock in these rates, unless the group cabins have been sold old prior to the date. If so then the current Carnival pricing applies. 

Final payment is due by Friday, August 14th.

When reserving your cabin, we’ll need the following details for each guest: 

• Name as it appears on travel documents (passports aren’t required but are highly recommended)

• Names of the guest in a cabin may be changed up until the final payment date.
  

All deposit are fully refundable up until final payment date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel by Friday, August 15th without penalty.
  
• Cancellations from August 16th forward will incur penalties, set by Carnival’s cancellation policy.

Networking & Fun: Since our inaugural cruise in 2010, we’ve blended the art of networking with the joy of cruising.

Events Onboard: Look forward to a Welcome Happy Hour, a Friday morning networking session, one-on-one meetings, a fun networking scavenger hunt, and plenty of door prizes.

Dining & More: Enjoy group dinners at the main dining room during late seating, a farewell get-together, and an optional group excursion in Cozumel.
